We have been setting homes here since 1998

Sunshine Mobile Home LLC started as a two-person operation on Shipyard Boulevard in Wilmington. Nearly three decades later we have delivered more than 2,400 homes across coastal North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia — and we still set most of them with our own crews.

We are not a volume lot. We keep a curated inventory of plans we would put our own families in, we quote the full delivered price up front, and we stay with you through permitting, site prep and the first year of service.
